A veteran business leader, Alicia Fleming brings over 30 years of experience managing programs across universities, convention centers, hotels, senior living, and real estate. Since 2016, she has specialized in working with older adults, offering expert guidance through life transitions. 

Alicia holds multiple designations, including Certified Senior Advisor (CSA®), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), and Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) through the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners. She is an active member of the Vermont Elders Resource Group (VERG) and the Women Business Owners Network Vermont (WBON) and serves on the Board of the Alzheimer’s Association, VT Chapter and The Heineberg Senior Center. In 2022, she founded Golden Guide Senior Living Advisor, LLC, a trusted resource dedicated to guiding individuals and families through the complexities of senior living with clarity and confidence. Known for her compassion and commitment to her clients’ goals, Alicia specializes in supporting older adults as they transition to right-sized homes or senior living while managing the complexities of their home sale.

Beyond her professional work, Alicia enjoys spending time with her husband, Frank, and their Chocolate Lab, Olive, and Yellow Lab, Willow. She is passionate about building connections, exploring Vermont through hiking, biking, skiing, and enjoying live music.
