My partner and I decided we wanted to look for our first home back April of 2020. My co-worker Alex referred me to Jeff Como, he said he recently bought a house with Jeff as a realtor and he was very happy with him.

I decided to give him a call to start our process. Right from the beginning, he sent us a list of options to choose from.

Our distance scale was between St. Johnsbury and Newport. Every time we wanted to see a place, he made himself available. When we saw a house that was not right, he made sure to ask us what did and did not work, so he can look for the right one.

I was at a point where I did not want to look anymore, but he never loss interest, and kept in touch with us throughout the WHOLE process, but was never pushy, we made decisions and he supported us while giving his expert advice on it, but the decision was NEVER forced.

 We did not expect to be homeowners in 5 months. From the day we started looking to the day we closed took only 5 months. After our inspection, we would’ve have backed out of the house, because something in the house we were sure about. Jeff went under the crawl space to take pictures, to show us so we can decide. The communication was PHENOMANAL. I cannot always talk on the phone, so texting was my best way of contact and he fulfill that. As first-time home buyer I would not have changed a thing with my Realtor. He was beyond what we expected. I hear all the horror stories of buying a home, and it was the complete apposite for us, thanks to Jeff. WE ARE BEYOND HAPPY, and our next home purchase will be through him.
